Steve Pagano

With over 20 years in the banking sector and over 10 years servicing REO clients, Steve ensures effective and timely communication and best practices in coordinating the efficient and timely disposition of client assets. Steve specializes in all aspects of the default market transaction, including asset valuation and preservation, cash-for-keys, marketing, inspection, etc. In addition to working with REO, short sale, HUD, estate sales, judicial, and private equity firms, Steve also a speaker for investment groups with a focus on real estate.
Tom Bohlmann

Tom has been in reinvestments and REO since 1993. Average 50-65 REOs per year. Personally flipped over 500 homes in 30 years and owns/manages rental property portfolio. Tom specializes in maximizing financial recoveries to meet and exceed reserve prices and minimize negative effects on communities. Occupancy checks, expedited processes, possession assistance, inspection reports, BPO/CMA, and REO services have all been a part of Tom's core business since 1993.
