I am the CEO and qualifying broker for Advance Equity Group and qualifying broker for Association Management Group. Prior to starting my real estate career, I was a sales and marketing manager in the packaging business. I earned my broker’s license in September of 2006 after three years of HUD sales experience with Hearth & Home Realtors in Jasper, GA. I manage a team of 16 agents on metro Atlanta. We do residential real estate, REO servicing, and property management. I am an REO agent for Wells Fargo, Chase and DoHardMoney, and a corporate listing agent for American Destiny Real Estate.

I hold a broker license and have been licensed for 33 years, with 22 years of experience as a broker in Ohio and Kentucky. I have been working in REO for 25 years and have worked for many different companies. I also have a team who works for me to help with lawn care, trash out and rekeys, and set outs. We help with the payment of utilities, whatever is needed.
