The REOX Housing Exchange is proud to launch its first-ever Mentorship Program—a member-exclusive initiative designed to strengthen the REO industry from within. By pairing seasoned professionals with agents new to REO, the program ensures critical knowledge, skills, and best practices are passed forward to build a stronger, more resilient community.

How the Program Works
  • Mentors are experienced REO agents and brokers with a proven track record of compliance and performance.
  • Mentees are newer agents, or those just stepping into REO, who want to sharpen their skills, avoid pitfalls, and accelerate their careers.
  • Matches are made based on geography, asset type expertise, and professional goals to maximize impact.
  • The program includes monthly check-ins, open Q&As, and collaborative exercises such as compliance reviews, listing strategy sessions, and mock trial work.

For mentors, the program is an opportunity to lead within the REOX community, shape the next generation of professionals, and build visibility with asset managers and servicers. For mentees, it’s a chance to gain real-world guidance, build confidence, and earn REOX progress badges that showcase growth within the network.
