I'm a licensed Real Estate Broker and Instructor with over 25 years in the business, including over 20 years of that experience in REO asset management, BPO valuation, and property oversight. Based in Malabar, FL, I currently work as a Broker Associate with Lokation Real Estate in Melbourne, supporting institutional and private clients with valuation, reporting, and preservation coordination. Since 2003, I've completed thousands of BPOs and have managed REO listings since 2005 for more than a dozen national firms. I hold certifications including CRS, ABR, GRI, SRES, and CDPE, and I'm passionate about mentoring other agents and staying active in real estate education across Brevard and Indian River Counties.
