Tom manages full asset lifecycles, including occupancy checks, evictions, trash-outs, rehab oversight, and contract-to-close execution. He is the managing member of Bohlmann & Bohlmann LLC and has been a broker with Allen Tate Realty since 2011, following roles with Coldwell Banker/HPW and Bohlmann & Holthaus LLC handling bulk REO acquisitions and dispositions.
