Susanna Boyer is a Central Texas real estate professional with over 22 years of industry experience, with 16 of those years in the REO Specialty, and a 40-year connection to the region. Licensed since 2004 and a Broker since 2008, she has represented buyers, sellers, investors, and financial institutions in both traditional, probate and foreclosure transactions. A certified Real Estate Instructor, she has trained hundreds of agents in contracts and best practices. Susanna's dedication to ethical standards is reflected in her volunteer work with the Texas Association of REALTORS®, where she has served on the Professional Standards Committee for almost two decades. In this role, she participates in tribunal hearings to determine whether ethical violations have occurred and has contributed to numerous Ethics and Arbitration panels.
