Kipp Butler is the Designated Broker and owner of Butler Realty Partners, LLC, a full service real estate brokerage based in Whitesboro, Texas, covering nearly 30 counties across North Texas with plans to expand into Houston, Austin, San Antonio, El Paso, and Amarillo. Kipp brings over 16 years of institutional REO and default servicing experience to the brokerage, most of it spent at VRM Mortgage Services, where he managed REO assets for Freddie Mac, USDA, and VA. He later moved into business development at RES.NET, working across REO, valuation, and default servicing for institutional clients. He built BRP to bring that same institutional grade expertise to the local market, backed by a team that understands how servicers and asset managers actually operate. Beyond REO and institutional work, BRP also handles residential and commercial transactions. Kipp was a member of NADP, the National Association of Default Professionals, during his time at RES.NET. Butler Realty Partners is based in the Dallas-Fort Worth area and focused on building a brokerage that can move fast for servicers, asset managers, and investors.
