Shawna Corsi brings more than 25 years of REO experience, beginning her career in 1998 with Michaelson, Connor & Boul in Huntington Beach, CA—one of the nation’s leading asset management firms for banks, lenders, and HUD. From 1998–2001, she served as an REO Asset Manager, working directly with financial institutions to oversee their portfolios. From 2001–2004, she advanced to Pre-Conveyance Manager, coordinating with mortgagees and approving government funds to prepare HUD properties for conveyance. After relocating to Bakersfield in 2004, Shawna became a Realtor® for Kern County and continues to provide expert Broker Price Opinions for lenders and management companies.
