After relocating to Bakersfield in 2004, Shawna transitioned into residential real estate sales and has since built a successful career as a Realtor® in Kern County. She remains actively involved in the REO sector, continuing to market and manage REO properties while also providing Broker Price Opinions for lenders and asset management companies.
