Melanie Gamble is an author, speaker, and industry advocate with over 24 years of experience helping financially-stressed homeowners navigate short sales and foreclosures. In 2023, she was appointed by the Governor to the State Commission of Real Estate Appraisers and the Task Force on Property Appraisal and Valuation Equity. A graduate of both the NAR and Maryland REALTORS® Leadership Academies, she served as 2022 President of the Prince George’s County Association of REALTORS® and now serves as Secretary for Maryland REALTORS®, President of the Prince George’s County Realtist, and RPAC Trustee.
