Before starting his real estate career, Art was a sales and marketing manager in the packaging business. He earned his broker’s license in September 2006, following three years of HUD sales experience with Hearth & Home Realtors in Jasper, GA. He manages a team of 16 agents in metro Atlanta. They do residential real estate, REO servicing, and property management. Art is an REO agent for Wells Fargo, Chase, and DoHardMoney, and a corporate listing agent for American Destiny Real Estate.
