Peter Greijn, born in the Netherlands, moved to the U.S. in 1987 after earning a degree in physical education and sports management. He worked for the YMCA and later as a sales representative before earning his real estate license in 1995. Becoming broker-in-charge of Referral Realty Group Inc. in 1996, Peter initially focused on courthouse foreclosure acquisitions, purchasing over 200 investment properties across multiple North Carolina counties. Since transitioning into REO brokerage in 2000, he has sold more than 2,000 properties for major lenders including Fannie Mae, Wells Fargo, Bank of America, Chase, Nationstar/Mr. Cooper, ServiceLink, and SPS.
