I prided myself on completing these tasks within 24-48 hour turnaround, ensuring that all required documentation and inspections were finalized well ahead of closing deadlines. I leverage variety of marketing strategies to promote properties, including targeted social media campaigns, neighborhood outreach through door knocking, and hosting open houses to reach prospective buyers. Through these efforts, I achieved an average sale timelines of 60 days from listing to closing, consistently delivering results for clients. Over the last four years, I took a hiatus from the traditional real estate market to concentrate on conducting real estate closings as an independent Loan Signing Agent.
