Brent Hawker is a former Aerospace Engineer turned second-generation Real Estate Broker, first licensed in 2004. He launched his REO career in 2008 with Carrington’s Atlantic-Pacific Division before founding Hawker Real Estate, Inc. and Hawker Property Management. Brent now serves as the California Managing Broker for GenStone Realty, bringing extensive expertise in REO, asset management, and property operations. He remains actively involved in industry education, attending events such as the Five Star Summit and completing Bubba Mills’ REO training. Brent’s professional memberships include NADP, Equator, RES.NET, Radian Pyramid Platform, REONetwork.com, NAR, CAR, and multiple MLS organizations statewide.
