I work on residential REO for asset managers, hedge funds, banks, and note investors in CT & NYC Metro. I’ve been active in the REO space since 2014, primarily handling execution once assets move from investor to asset manager and into the broker–buyer phase. My focus is on keeping the investor–asset manager–broker–buyer chain aligned from possession through disposition — coordinating condition review, stabilization, valuation, pricing, negotiation, and contract‑to‑close so assets move forward without avoidable delays or confusion. In practice, most REO issues are not marketing problems. They come from execution breakdowns, unclear handoffs, or local conditions that don’t fit assumptions. I work to identify and resolve those early so timelines stay predictable. I work best with asset managers who want an REO broker that understands how assets actually move through their process and can operate independently without creating noise.
