I am in my 31st year of full time, everyday transactional real estate sales in San Diego. I was the youngest re-sale real estate agent in the county when I started in November/1995. I am a Broker/Owner of an independent real estate brokerage. I originated loans and performed real estate sales duties, both, for the first 16 years of my career. Prior to my real estate career, I worked in Financial Services with Morgan Stanley & T. Rowe Price. I mentor & train agents through the operations manager position in my company. I successfully closed over 100 short sales from 2007-2013. We have a Property Management Division which my wife, Kristine, directs. The same crew of contractors and referral partners that helps us with property management is available to help with REO property listings. I have been looking forward to connecting with and servicing asset managers for many years.
