Kathy brings over 20 years of real estate experience to her clients. She has a BGS from the University of Missouri, and Graduate, Realtor Institute. She is a valuation expert, having completed 1,000+ BPOs, and an expert of REOs, distressed sales and short sales. Kathy's affiliations include: Member of the Punta Gorda-Port Charlotte-North Port-DeSoto Association of Realtors, member of Stellar MLS, Florida Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors and Certified Residential Specialist. Kathy approaches each transaction individually, like a puzzle to be solved, and takes pride in successful closings when all parties are satisfied with the end result. In her spare time, Kathy enjoys travel, antiquing, walking, shelling and exploring the animals and plants of sunny SW Florida.
