As Chief Operations Officer for Fischer Properties, she helped execute major privatization projects—Birchwood Homes (AK), Raeford Fields (NC), Three Waters Green (FL), Alta Terra (NM), and Depot Park (CA)—from concept through final sale. Brittney McGuire is a results-driven REALTOR® with over 11 years of experience specializing in investment properties, REO assets, and renovation coordination across Arizona and Colorado. From 2018 to 2025, she managed high-volume single-family rental portfolios with Home Partners of America (HPA) and Pathlight Property Management, overseeing acquisitions, repairs, and dispositions.
