Born in the Netherlands in 1962, Peter Greijn earned a degree in physical education and sports management before moving to the United States in 1987. He began his career as a youth director for the YMCA, a role he held until 1992. Then he worked as a sales representative for the Durham Company, specializing in Implus materials and protective sports padding. In 1995, Peter obtained his real estate license and joined Referral Realty Group Inc., becoming broker-in-charge in 1996. His early focus was on buying and selling foreclosed properties at courthouse auctions, acquiring over 200 investment properties across Wake, Durham, Orange, Franklin, Johnston, Harnett, Lee, Cumberland, Alamance, and Wayne counties. In 2000, Peter transitioned into REO brokerage and has since sold more than 2,000 properties for major lenders, including HSBC, Wells Fargo, Fannie Mae, Bank of America, Nationstar Mortgage/Mr. Cooper, Xome, CoreLogic, Chase Mortgage, Capital One, ServiceLink, Caliber Home Loans, Selene Finance, Oak Capital, Hudson Homes, and SPS.
