Founded in 1997, our company is a certified woman-owned small business with a dedicated team of 14 trained agents specializing in REO, short sales, general brokerage, and BPOs. We are supported by three full-time REO managers, a full-time office manager, a BPO coordinator, and two property managers overseeing rental properties. With over 40 years of combined experience in property management and real estate investment, our team brings deep expertise and professionalism to every assignment. We are goal-oriented, organized, and highly motivated, with strong leadership capabilities and a proven ability to work collaboratively with staff, volunteers, and board members to achieve exceptional results.

Since 2007, I’ve dedicated my career to helping clients navigate the complexities of real estate. I began as a loan officer, where I built a strong understanding of finance, and transitioned seamlessly into real estate sales. Today, I serve as an Associate Broker with Realty Mark Associates, licensed in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maryland, and Delaware. I specialize in residential sales, investments, and REO/foreclosure management, bringing clients and asset managers the confidence that their properties are protected, marketed effectively, and positioned for the best possible outcome. My strengths lie in negotiation, market insight, and delivering clear communication throughout every stage of the process. Education has always been important to me. I earned my MBA from Temple University and my Bachelor’s degree in Business from Pennsylvania State University. I’ve also had the privilege of teaching negotiation courses at both Penn State and Temple, experiences that strengthened my ability to advocate for clients and mentor peers. I hold advanced designations including ABR®, SRES®, MRP®, GREEN, e-PRO®, SFR®, AHWD®, BPOR®, CREPS, and RENE, reflecting my commitment to professional excellence. Stephen L. Hughes is the owner and principal broker of H Real Estate Inc., a brokerage specializing in senior transition housing, probate, trust, and conservator sales, both on and off the market. The firm also handles divorce real estate transactions, as well as commercial and land real estate, with a focus on complex or non-traditional deals. Because of the complexity of such transactions, general real estate is relatively straightforward for their team. Hughes' passion for managing complex transactions comes from personal experience—situations where specialized knowledge was essential and few qualified professionals existed in the Utah market. This motivated him to pursue advanced training, making him a leading expert in these fields. He is a Certified Senior Housing Transition Specialist and a Certified Probate Expert. He is also the REO agent for Vanderbilt Mortgage. Additionally, Hughes owns and operates the complementary businesses Ogden Layton Estate Sales and Utah Non-Legal Probate Services, expanding his ability to serve clients through every stage of transition.

Born and raised in Fairbanks, AK, Renee Staley Friar was the Chief Operations Officer for Fischer Properties. As the Company's Chief Operations Officer, Renee helped to successfully execute Birchwood Homes (Fairbanks, AK), Raeford Fields (Raeford, NC), Three Waters Green (Pensacola, FL), Alta Terra (Portales, NM), and Depot Park (Sacramento, CA), privatization projects from concept to final sale. Knowledgeable in housing development and management of residential and commercial properties, Renee is experienced in lease administration, lease compliance, budget preparation, construction project management, implementation, and full-scale reporting. She specializes in income property acquisitions and REITs. Renee currently has three grown children and is married to retired 20-year Navy Veteran Eric Friar. They reside in Chapin, SC.
