Hugh Elder has sold over 2,500 REO properties, boasting over 27 years of experience as a real estate broker in California and more than 25 years of specialization in marketing REO properties. He provides initial drive-by evaluations, BPOs, or appraisals within 24 hours, as well as same-day occupancy status updates. Properties are secured the same day, utilities (electricity, water, gas) are turned on or off as needed, and re-keying or cash-for-keys negotiations are completed on the same day. Hugh regularly meets with inspectors and contractors for bids, facilitates fast evictions, and advances required funds until reimbursement. He is certified by REOMAC, NRBA, RES.NET, Equator, NAHREP, AREAA, and FORCE, and has held designations including Default Schools Certified (IndyMac/OneWest Bank), Platinum Equator, and Five Star Certified.
