I've been involved in real estate and the default industry for over 30 years and partnered in one of the largest metro Detroit REO teams from 2003 through the end of the great recession and have worked with many banks, hedge funds, and NPL owners, including Caliber, Hudson Homes,Nationstar, Shellpoint, Bayview, VRM. I've been a landlord of my own several homes for 30 years and built a rental property management business as a way to help others avoid foreclosure and become profitable investors. We now manage a boutique rental portfolio of almost 200 properties. My valuation skills are excellent and have won tax tribunals and appeared as expert witness in courts. Additionally I spent 13 years working for the largest collection law firm in Michigan and know the legal process and court system well.
