Brent Hawker is a former Aerospace Engineer turned second-generation Real Estate Broker, first licensed in 2004. He launched his REO career in 2008 with Carrington’s Atlantic-Pacific Division before founding Hawker Real Estate, Inc. and Hawker Property Management. Brent now serves as the California Managing Broker for GenStone Realty, bringing extensive expertise in REO, asset management, and property operations. He remains actively involved in industry education, attending events such as the Five Star Summit and completing Bubba Mills’ REO training. Colleen Calnan brings over 35 years of real estate experience, including more than 25 years specializing in distressed asset management. Amy Gluch has been a licensed REALTOR® in Idaho and Oregon since 2006, specializing in foreclosures, land, and rural real estate. Ian Clausen joined Clausen Properties, Inc. in 2004 after a successful 10-year sales career with Descartes Systems Group, The Aberdeen Group, and SemiXchange, Inc. His background includes international experience in Venezuela, England, and Spain, as well as U.S. experience in Boston, Orlando, Dallas, and Miami.
